Become an expert

Become an expert and customize computer based workpieces to real models. With a suitable drawing program, such as CorelDRAW ®, the open source software Inkscape or a CAD-software, you can create a work file which can be processed by the Desktop CNC/3D System: Accurate, efficient and reproduced as often as you want. The workpiece materials are virtually unlimited: Using the STEPCRAFT 600 and optional accessories, materials like wood, thermoplastics (PS (polystyrene, such as Styrofoam ®, EPS, Depron ®, Selitron ®), ABS, PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene e. g. EPP) soft/hard PVC, Lexan ®, polyamide, Plexiglas ®), some elastomers / thermosets, mixed materials, such as DIBOND ® or electronic boards, to Carbon and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass or copper), can be processed

Excellent quality at a fair price

The STEPCRAFT aluminum profile series has been developed in order to ensure sufficient accuracy and stability of the machine. It consists of two different linear track profiles and the cover profile. All other connecting elements consist of aluminum or stainless steel and together with the profiled structure they ensure the required rigidity. The stepper motors from Nanotec® have been carefully selected and specifically adapted to exactly fit the machine. The electronics have been specially designed to match the characteristics of the motors so that sufficient power for a reliable operation of the 3D system is ensured

DIY kit or ready built machine

The machine is available as a DIY kit or as a directly operational system. If you opt for the kit, you save money. The construction of the machine is designed so that you can simply build up the machine within a few hours without any special tools. Only screw together – done! The EasyBuild installation instruction needs (almost) no text. The step-by-step instructions are based on chronologically numbered instruction steps with graphic images of all intermediate steps. The last section always shows the finished assembly so that you can easily check your own result

The machine, whether as a DIY kit or ready built machine, is supplied with all necessary components for operation: All necessary mechanical and electronic components, such as the power supply and the connecting cable, are included. Not included are the system-based tools

The STEPCRAFT 3D System includes many practical innovations that improve or simplify the work with the system: Stable STEPCRAFT profile system, integrated workpiece clamping system, easy adjustable clearance of the linear guides, seals for protection against dirt, integrated / modular control electronics

Compatibility

Due to the 43 mm collar a wide range of tools can be used. With optional adapters, you can also use Proxxon or Dremel tools as drilling-/milling spindles directly. Other drilling-/milling spindles up to a power limit of 500 watts can also be used. Other system-guided tools, such as a drag knife, engraving needle or hot cutting system can be used optionally

كن خبيراً و حول النماذج المحوسبة إلى نماذج حقيقية. باستخدام برامج الرسم على الحاسوب مثل CorelDRAW ® , أو البرنامج مفتوح المصدر Inkscape أو أي برنامج رسم على الحاسوب. بامكانك انشاء ملف عمل يمكن معالجته بواسطة نظام الـCNC/3D متعدد المهام ليقوم بانتاجه بدقة و كفاءة و بقدر ما تريد… يمكن صناعة الأفكار باستخدام مواد لا حصر لها: فباستخدام STEPCRAFT-1/210 مع بعض الاكسسوارات الاختيارية يمكنك العمل على مواد مثل الخشب, جميع أنواع البلاستيك المعالج ((PS (polystyrene, such as Styrofoam ®, EPS, Depron ®, Selitron ®), ABS, PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene e. g. الـSTEPCRAFT متوفرة كطقم اصنعها – بنفسك أو جاهزة الاستخدام! اذا طلبت طقم اصنعها – بنفسك ستوفر النقود و ستستمتع ببنائها خطوة بخطوة عن طريق كتيب الارشادات المرفق. لقد تم تصميم الطقم ليتم تركيبه بسهولة و بدون الحاجة الى أدوات خاصة, فقط ثبت البراغي و تكون قد بنيت الـSTEPCRAFT الخاصة بك. كتيب الارشادات يقوم بشرح عملية البناء خطوة – بخطوة عن طريق صور واضحة لكل الخطوات, و في آخر الكتيب سترى صورة الـSTEPCRAFT لمقارنتها مع نتائج عملك!

بسبب الطوق ذو عرض ال43 ملم, مجموعة واسعة من الأدوات يمكن استخدامها. حيث يمكنك استخدام أدوات من بروكسون أو دريمل بشكل مباشر كمحاور دوران للحفر و القطع. و يمكن أيضا استخدام محاور دوران أخرى حتى حد من القوة يصل الى 500 واط. كما ويمكن استخدام أدوات أخرى مثل سكين السحب, إبرة النقش و نظام القطع الساخن بشكل اختياري…

باستخدام المنفذ المتوازي يمكن الاستفادة من العديد من البرامج التشغيلية للـCNC مثل: Mach3, EMC2 والعديد من البرامج الأخرى…
